Gemma and Dan's gorgeous Autumn wedding day at Long Furlong Barn in West Sussex! It was such a perfect day of full of sunshine.
Gemma is a wonderful makeup artist. We had worked together previously, on a very special wedding, and knew and trusted each others work. Hence Gemma asking me to do the honour of being her bridal hair stylist, on her own wedding day. Gemma showed me images of a timeless, classic styled up do, to go with her beautifully simply couture gown. She has gorgeous long hair to play around with, and just needed a little support to hold the style up for the day, and feel completely secure. I firmly gripped a spongy bun ring at the core of the hairstyle, and then built the curls up around it, pulling bits out for that modernised, soft feel. Simple!
